In the past we have been involved with various national contract catering companies where we have been called in to assist with large scale catering for various functions, factory shutdowns, turnarounds and offsite events. The sheer bulk of some of these events- requiring up to a few thousand meals per day - is daunting and financially is not viable to attempt to produce in-house. Through our relationships and innovation we are able to offer various meals solution styles to assist our customers to enable them to confidently take on these events for their clients. We tailor menus and products to suit short-term production needs in order to produce margins for our caterers.
